Here are the facts former Speaker Pelosi. Abortion IS the number one killer of black Americans, killing over 370,000+ per year versus the little over 289,000 that are killed from ALL other causes of death combined. We don't need more federal funding for death, but rather, funding of initiatives that restore families and Life within the black community. DC City Council has failed miserably in their governance. Imagine if they were fully in control.

The FACTS are Norton's OWN party chose NOT to allow her to testify. The impact on the District of Columbia is MORE black babies aborted since the demand is for taxpayer funding of grossly incompetent DC Medicaid. Perhaps DC City Council should work on collecting hundreds of millions of Medicaid funds they've failed to be reimbursed for because they can't properly fill out the paperwork. We don't need more death in the black community but solutions that affirm and sustain life. Shame on DC Dems!
