Despite the economic crisis Socrates remains confident that Portugal can continue to progress in the fields of education, innovation and new technology. After four and a half years in power, the thing he is most proud of right now is to have finally seen the Lisbon Treaty come into force.

This man is a compulsive liar, absolutely nothing of what he says is ever true, he took his degree on a sunday in an university which didn't even had the course he "took" but was run by a big friend of his who's being investigated for money laundering.Every other day some scandal of corruption and deception involving him and his cartel is on tv and hushed the next day

I think this should've happened a long time ago, we've been taking bull from this disgovernment for too long..

Better now than later, the longer we postponed this situation the longer and deeper the shit we're going to have to stand.

I'm not happy with it but I'm glad it's happened, and I hope the FMI comes here this idea that any government here will be able to cope with this situation and bring us out of the gutter is a pure and utter illusion.

Only good plan he ever had was to fill his and his cronies bank accounts's with taxpayers money, as to the rest of the country they never gave a s.h.i.t about it and the result is here for everyone to see.
