IDK the ratio but to get a light crispy end result frm ur batter u can mix plain(all pourpose flour) and potato starch or Rice flour.

or try using beer or soda water instead of plain iced water as the bubbles help airate the batter. and remember always make sure ur liquid is iced cold so keep it in the fridge before use :)
