can be downloaded via a torrent >:))))) >:3 or its piece of crap (NORMALLY if some1 is asking you to BUY something over youtube and somewhere else and noone knows for it OR less people , it S U C K S and it DOESNT WORK so yeah i suspect this guy is a fraud IF however i find it in a torrent the guy just didnt find it free :D)
