King-Trendall Broadcasting, which owned the rights to "Sgt. Preston" -- threatened to sue Stevens and this record was pulled off the market. It's always been a favorite of mine, along with "Wake Me" and "Alley Oop"

"Yabba Dabba Doo The King Is Gone (So Are You)" charted #26 in 1989.

Even though this record of Stevens didn't chart nationally, it did make it into the top 10 here in Oklahoma City on top 40 station WKY. I have the
record as well as the survey to prove.
