S0... this is yet another VLOG on what I`ve been doing as far as my HCG Diet has been in effect.
I`ve actually tried to tough it out, with minor cheat-age, and stalled out for about two weeks. My diet has been pretty much the same, Fish (talapia), Salad, Chicken, Apples and lots of Green Vegies.
Im Stuck at 170 and as of three days ago, ive decided to go into P3.
I shall resume my diet of HCG on the 1st of August, and Hopefully I will be at my 150 lb goal =] by tge start of my Senior year.

You are looking good ma'am...:) For further assistance on P3 check out "mamaclok" on YT she had done 4 rounds of P3 and she is very knowledgeable!! :) Good Luck and God bless!! :)
