VANITY'S A DEADLY SIN...IT WAS EXTREMELY HARD FOR BOC TO SURVIVE THE HORRIBLE "DISCO ERA"-BUT THEY HAD ENOUGH CLASS TO SPARE...AM I RIGHT?

I am 42 and I have liked BOC since hearing 'dont fear....' on the radio in the UK 1977/78. Totally underrated band ....along with The Tubes

@MrJailbird32 Used to go to Roanoke, Freedom Hall, and Charleston Civic center, lived in Princeton WV back in the day. Seen AC/DC Back in Black tour at Freedom hall in 80, Alice Cooper Flush the Fashion tour, Peter Frampton, are a few other that comes to mind. Just wished the ticket prices were the same now as then. Live in the UK now and seen Pearl Jam a few times over here. My concert days are over with now for the most part, next show will have to be really special to get me to go

@stoneddude11..did u go to many shows at freedom hall?we would go there and rupp arena and charlstown w.va. mostly cause they were closest venues back in the day.now we have the eastky expo ctr. in pikeville ky and the arena at corbin ky..also the mountain arts ctr. in prestonsburg ky,saw the nuge at the mac last yr.

@stoneddude11 i remember palmer subin for somebody over there and they sucked,looked like they all were drunker than i was but couldn't rem.who they played for,some pals and i used to go to johnson city prob twice a month and we saw some dandy bands...man those were the days

@MrJailbird32 I was at that show, Rainbow were supposed to open but instead we got Robert Palmer and the light show for BOC was as brilliant as you remember and that tour had all original members.

saw the mirriors tour in johnson city tenn.in the late 70s,best i remember they had a better lite show than in this video but i could have been inpaired and just dont know which was which,saw them 3 times in 2or3 yr. span

BOC never got the respect and credit they deserved. The true fans like us realize what they were all about. I rank BOC up there as one of the best American Metal/Rock bands of all time.
