This is the very, VERY first time I learned the alphabet as a baby. Timeless classic! :D

I love the sleeping beauty variant. Telly, Elmo and Zoe sing the alphabet to Sleeping Beauty but it gets cut off at G leading into the next segment.

@geowhizkid26 It's nothing bad being a kid at heart :) I'm sure if you think of heaven, you'll think of this.

@sithlord1626 I just noticed you are 39. So.... you are a parent NOT a grandparent.

There is another variation. In episode 3734, they sing an alphabet lullaby. It gets cut off at the letter G and the alphabet continues at H.

The huge O face still gives me the goosebumps, but I LUV the vid!!!!

@geowhizkid26 I feel you. I'm 15, almost 16 & I have Asperger's Syndrome

@azaccone I agree. And another sad thing is, is that it is now considered unfavorable to be intelligent and sensitive enough to appreciated various types of music and art at what ever age. That somehow being educated makes you socially inept and suffering all kinds of neurolgical "illnesses" I shake my head at society these days!

@azaccone - Long live the true Genreration Xers!
I remember this on Sesame Street when I was 4 years old, at most 5 years old, in 1981. I am 33 years old and have Autism, and because of that, I am still in many ways, emotionally and socially, a 4 1/2 - 5 year old and LOVE Teletubbies, Barney, Care Bears, Arthur, etc. I have seen this video about hundreds of times, and I have tears in my eyes sometimes. I hope when I do pass away, when I go to Heaven, if I remember anything from Earth, I really hope I remember this
clip from Sesame St.
