「ミリヤン・アリラン」という題名通り、この唄はすごく韻を踏んでいます。珍島アリランに比べ旋律は単純でリズミカルです。アイルランド民謡みたいになってしまうのが残念­です。本当はもっと哀愁情緒もあって、韓国音楽独特の粘り気があります。もっと練習します。Milyang-Arirang, an irish song like a korean folk tune from Gyoeng'sang province, south-east of the peninsula. i think the original has something more sorrow sound together in delight rhythms.. sorrow in delight.. oh i wonder the irish music.. 나는 일본인이므로 한국민요의 리듬은, 매우 어렵습니다. 미치지 않은 연주로 죄송합니다.

i saw some videos of Butterfly today for the first time.

yes, definitely very similar!! i think Butterfly is a bit more complicated in its melody. i'll practice it, too!! Milyang is a name of the town this song was born, and Arirang means the beautiful god.. or something else.. it's ancient Korean language so no one knows the actual meanings.. there's a phrase "ari ari rang, sri sri rang.." it reminds me of the Buddhism. you know "sri lanka"? i heard sri means beautiful in their buddhism.
