The Valle de Anton way Panama

When I visited Panama I was told to visit a town just about 30 minutes from Panama City Called Valle de Anton. So I packed a small bag a decided to spend the weekend there. When I checked into my reasonable priced hotel I was told by a local tour guide all the amazing sites and trails I could adventure off and see. I choose a few trails and was on my way to exploring Valle de Anton. My first stop was quaint rest area where I was told about this great mud mask made right from a volcano, so I decided to give it a try. Once I rubbed onto my face I could just feel the minerals and vitamins working into my pores. I sat in the sun for awhile to let the mud dry then rinsed it off in a small fountain and boy did my face feel clean and refreshed.
