May 12th is National Fibromyalgia Awareness Day! Fibromyalgia is a condition that causes you to be in constant pain, along with a ton of other symptoms. It is a horrible condition that 6-10 million people have. There are those that do not believe it is real because there is no actual test for it, it is a feeling of pain for the person. But fibromyalgia is real! I have been suffering with it since November 2007 and would be willing to argue with anyone who denies its existence!!!
The pictures in this video I found online. I pick ones that truly meant something to me, being I person with fibromyalgia! I do not own these picture and am sorry if I took anything that belongs to anyone!
Here are a few sights about fibromyalgia:

  • I am a recovered fibromyalgic who left the medical profession to discover the cause and cure for this horrific disease after 15 years of failed treatments. I understand this illness completely from the inside and back out again. Symptoms are often mistaken as a cause and what can help does not cure. Please, do not give up and keep going. See my You Tube video "Curing Chronic Fibromyalgia - Choosing What Works" and my best wishes to you all!!!

  • I am glad my video meant something to you. It is a horrible illness, but we all need to stick together to make it through!

  • I WANT THE T-SHIRT IN THIS VIDEO !!!~

  • I have thought about ordering it, but I am not sure of the site where it was anymore. If you really want it, I am sure you could find it through google!

  • Hey - Just wanted to say that I really enjoyed your video. I also suffer from Fibro and I loved your message that we are one family together. I hope this message finds you healthy, pain free and happy.

  • @jeff35401 I have no words. You sir, are a dick.

  • @jeff35401 Oh really - you think so? Try it yourself! I've been the sole supporter of my family for over 16 years working full-time plus often additional extra jobs to get us through and all the while suffering from chronic pain and other symptoms of the disease. This is analogous to trying to run a marathon while carrying a car on your back. Fibro is not for sissies - it takes a lot of guts to keep going and to put up with stupid comments from people who haven't got a clue what it's like.

  • Why I was having every part of my body stabbing me. My own body working against me. Are you calling ten million Americans liars? I hate taking the medicines I am prescribed. I hate taking all the pills that give me further symptoms. It is crap that people are lying to get pills. I am certain that there are some liars in the fibromyalgia community, but to group us all together is not fair.

  • Thank you so much for your note. Yes, we must stick together, and help each other whenever we can!!! Let me know if there's anything I can do to help you.

  • You are entitled to your opinion. But I have to tell you that I am an 18 year old girl that lives every single day in pain. Do you think I am lying? Do you think that I lay down and cry out in pain on my couch because I want attention? Because I can assure that I wish it wasn't real. I wish that I am not suffering everyday of my life. Pain is a reality. I spent over a year of my life to try to find out some answers to why I was a freshmen in high school and having to miss whole weeks of school.
