  • Are these dry scallops? I always forget which ones are preferable, wet or dry.

  • Dry is what you want to look for. Dry are fresh and don't contain preservatives.

  • Hi there. I made this tonight. My sauce did not come out right at all. It tasted very bland. I added a bit of salt and garlic powder to spruce it up but it didn't help much.  Also, i made these in a pan in the oven and it did not come out like yours. After 10 mins it was totally raw. I had to cook it for like almost 30 mins and the scallops were indeed overdone but the bacon was all soft. Did you pan fry yours? use the broiler?

  • you need to premicro the bacon just bit before the wrap u can tell its raw.when you pulled it out of the 350 oven.350 for 10 mins will not cook the bacon

  • I like my bacon more crisp i find cooking it half way though on its own then wrap the scallop is the way I prefer it.
