Hi there. I made this tonight. My sauce did not come out right at all. It tasted very bland. I added a bit of salt and garlic powder to spruce it up but it didn't help much. Also, i made these in a pan in the oven and it did not come out like yours. After 10 mins it was totally raw. I had to cook it for like almost 30 mins and the scallops were indeed overdone but the bacon was all soft. Did you pan fry yours? use the broiler?

you need to premicro the bacon just bit before the wrap u can tell its raw.when you pulled it out of the 350 oven.350 for 10 mins will not cook the bacon

I like my bacon more crisp i find cooking it half way though on its own then wrap the scallop is the way I prefer it.

Are these dry scallops? I always forget which ones are preferable, wet or dry.

Dry is what you want to look for. Dry are fresh and don't contain preservatives.
