A quick Google search proves that all those who were claiming "fake" are idiots! I searched @vikingfan7777's comment re: "deactivate gust lock control", and I found the answer immediately: 3 people were killed in this accident, which occurred on August 27th, 1992 at Gimli Industrial Park Airport (CYGM) in Gimli, Manitoba, Canada (about 1.5 hours north of Winnipeg). The plane is a deHavilland DHC-4 Caribou that had just been converted to turboprop.

Looks to me like there was no pre-flight... controls must have been locked.
