It's soooo obviously political. The feds dropped the racial profiling spin, because they realized they didn't have a prayer with that one. In desperation, the only thing they could think of was some twisted constitutional argument. Constitutional arguments from a hijacked Fed bent on destroying it? Ask yourself; Why is our own Federal government siding with Mexico on this issue? Wake up America. Our national sovereignty is at stake.

@CrystalHunter1989 - Not only will it not back down, but it will prevail because the basis on which Obama bases his challenge is absolutely absurd. He states that a State does not have the power to enforce a Federal Law, but this is like saying a city Police Officer cannot respond to a bank robbery. A state has the power to enforce Federal Law; the Federal Government does not have the power to enforce a State law. Obama is misinformed at best. My opinion is SCOTUS will be 5-4 against Obama.
