hey i just want to ask, does this excerise routine ,help reduce fat from your side fat thigh things.sorry if it doesn't make sense but i dont know what you call them. like your side thigh fat?
Thanks for your comment. Yes this exercise will definitely help you to tone up your legs and thighs as long as you follow it at least 2-3 times a week. A great mealplan suggestion with low fat & carb food would even speed up your diet!
