i just want to ask, does this excerise routine ,help reduce fat from your side fat thigh things.sorry if it doesn't make sense but i dont know what you call them.

will this help me in getting my upper body, tht is 25 inches come equal to my lowe body, my waist is 28 inch.....and how long will it take?

Thanks for your comment. Yes this exercise will definitely help you to tone up your legs and thighs as long as you follow it at least 2-3 times a week. A great mealplan suggestion with low fat & carb food would even speed up your diet!

is it normal for your legs to be sore for awhile when doing this workout ?

Yes it is normal to feel sore, so please don't forget to follow the stretching after the workout. Stay active with some light cardio, and drink lots of water will help you to feel greater than ever. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks!

Yes it will. You should be able to see immediate result within a week. Remember to adjust your mealplan and drink enough water daily. Those would help you to absorb necessary nutritions and flush out things you don't need. Thanks for your comment!
