Adjusting to becoming disabled from any cause is a process. It doesn't happen overnight. You go through stages. Denial, anger, loss, wanting to put the clock back, hating the changes it has imposed on your life, dealing with other people's attitudes, learning how to do things, accommodating it in your life, and ultimately acceptance. Not necessarily in that order, and with some aspects coming back unexpectedly. Ultimately it's an adventure and you can make it work for you and help others too.
how do you stay positive when part of you gave up on you how do you manage when you can't do things like "normal" i feel like i want to give up it's so hard right now in my life being recent injured.
that is true. positive attitude.
