Solon Simmons, Assistant Professor at the Institute for Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University, examining the latest cabinet appointments by president-elect Obama. Simmons contends that Obama is putting belief ahead of change by bringing in recognizable names from the Clinton era. Simmons also discusses the bailouts of Wall Street and auto industry, identifying the presence of unions as a key difference between the two situations that influences decision makers.
