@jkfleury123 Alcohol impairs judgement. People do and say things while drunk that they would never do sober. The only mistake drunk drivers make while fully aware and in control is to drive to a place where they know they are likely to drink. Once they've started drinking they're no longer making decisions with a clear head. And you mention the families - will incarcerating a drunk driver bring their children home? Punishment is not the only goal of the legal system.

Trust me i feel bad like my heart stops beating for this young girl that has to face her 20 yrs hard time....but nobody will bring back to their family those kids killed in that car accident.
My conclusion is that life sucks, and i hope for all us that next one will be better, because the one we have is a real shit.

and anyone who says that she didnt mean any harm.. tyra is an actress in this play but like i said pple do this every day and i would say that you KNOW you are drinking and driving and its not rocket science to figure out that its illegal for that exact reason... there were innocent ppl in this video incase you didnt watch.. she knew what the consequences were and ide say that she desearved alot more .. those families will never have their loved ones back... what about them
