@M92FSINOX sounds like a problem i had with older UnrealEngine games. If you mean slower as in crappy framerate, different thing but slower as in gamespeed then this is the same. It's supposedly something to do with the system clock, and putting on a higher end driver fixes it. If you mean crappy framerate though I don't know what the problem is.
