I have to say mice are cute and I feel a tad bad about feeding live as well. I had to feed my ball python a live mouse yesterday because it wouldn't eat thawed for three weeks. I'm told that in this time of year they can go a while without eating. A live mouse did the trick though. It usually has no problem taking thawed mice.
And I wish retards would stop watching these videos just to complain about mice being eaten.

@ME16510 Heating pads MUST be controlled by a thermostat, and the correct temps (80-90 degrees) are nowhere near hot enough to melt plastic.
