  • no no no , that was bad. you r far from an expert.

  • @HDsharp yes, I am not an expert. At my prime time, I can only do 5 punch with body momentum in a second. But I only show how a defense breathing, tightening all the muscle in our body can make us do quick move too. This is the opposite of loosening muscle to get speed.

This way, we won't feel a thing when the opponent hit use, and allow us to move without halted with pain.

  • I don't doubt that this won't go viral..

  • @khoham , sorry, what do you mean?

  • @sucahyovideo

I found your display of strength fairly amusing.I believe others entertained may spread the video, much like a virus spreads.

  • @khoham

    I see, thank you :).

  • Lol, thanks. Ho ho ho, it's the opposite, people with greater strength usually more restrained because they don't want to hurt other, unless they enjoy to hurt people....

Having skill that can hurt other so easily is like keeping live weapon around, you have to keep your temper or you might hurt your loved one .........

  • Nice sucahyo, Now i know i have to be nice to you. ;-)

Its good to see you live.
