well i'd be happy to learn your way if you post it up. This is pretty much note for note perfect for how nickelback play it live in their "live at home" dvd. It is Chad Kroegers guitar, i'm not trying to copy the big wreck version as i'm aware it is in a different tuning and played differently

@Tris67 I really wish Big Wreck was a household name but if the only way some people get to hear about Big Wreck by way of Nickelback I guess its better than nothing.. BUT I'm with you 110% that the BW version is SOOO much better... Hearing Chad singing causes be physical pain.. Its like hearing somebody murder a song and the karaoke bar and wanting badly to shove the mic down their throats!

@Tris67 its a very rare thing that a cover is better than the original. Besides, its just my opinion. I like the Big Wreck version, but like I said, there is just too much distortion for the mood and style of the song in the original. Its much more suited for acoustic guitars...

@Tris67 dude, its considered an honor for someone to cover your song...it means that it was good enough for the other band to do it. and Big Wreck just had too much distortion on the guitar for this type of song. the way Chad and Ryan did it is much more appropriate for this style of song...(one more thing.....what the hell is "Kanicklebike"? Last time i checked...it was "Nickelback"...
