for clarifying shampoo, try the neutrogena anti-residue shampoo, you can get it at walgreens or target. it's awesome, i use the joico k-pac, so i need a clarifying shampoo once every 2 weeks. that stuff is great!

if u want to get rid of build up i found this in a magizine but it works for me and my hair is thick and coarse too but use any dish soap and it makes it smell pretty good the smell kinda fades though

haha for my hair I like to do my own home remedies... and it might sound gross but I put Mayonnaise in my hair!! alot of my firends do it and we all have long, shiny, strong hair;) and I only use Dove Damage Therapy, Intensive repair... NO CONDITIONER never brush my hair with combs ONLY my hands, to keep from damaging ( I like to take care of my hair super well).. Love ur Vid's!:D
