any single change in a person's life, it would probably change the whole course of it. If he wasn't deaf, his relationships, happenings in life would have been different. Who knows what would have urged Beethoven's passion and what he would have needed to express in other joys and pains. Don't think it be greater, just different. Perhaps the deafness itself made his music greater...it after all gave him the opportunity to do the impossible! Something he always had the power to do.
