  • that's hard to belive for most starters but once they get serious they understand that. Food is everything, you become what you eat. Traning + Nutrition are brothers.

  • @kjhovey there is something you do not know about! and that is: there are some not exact science in this world! bodybuilding is not math! arnold eating got him big that doesn't mean for others will do it! you have to understand we are different! i retain more protein in my organism than i have to! is my organism! you may not have the same "problem" you hear me? we are different and bodybuilding and medicine are not EXACT SCIENCE! you have to know your body and you have to know what you're doing

  • @zorilaz Arnold has written a pretty well known book. You might wanna pick it up. Considering he talks about how insanely important diet is, you might want to stop talking about stuff you don't know. Diet plays a far bigger roll than 10%.

    Talk to any bodybuilder, they will agree that dieting is a huge part. You can't just eat what you want.

  • @tlast2O12dude food is everything? then i should eat a lot and become arnold! no mate, what you do at the gym is 80% and food is 10 and 10 is how you body is made cause some people look like shit with muscles as well! show me a guy that goes to the gym for 10 years and looks like shit cause he doesn't eat! this is bullshit! go the the gym and make it right! the eating comes along, don't have to think about it too much! the training is the most important not the food! cuase food makes you fat!
