If Pigeons are well managed, there's no grounds for objection, its not enough for a cranky neighbor to object for the sake of it, they must submit evidence that the pigeons are impacting on their life, and that's a hard thing for them to prove, in Europe, Back yard poultry breeding is a growing hobby and is promoted by the Green party , let us know if the objector's are overruled .
