@redguitarredshirt Thanks! This would be great to do before a run to warm-up your Core AND the rest of your body. These are such low impact moves too so they won't damage your joints.

honestly, this is harder than I thought, after 30 minutes of doing this, my legs cannot stop trembling.

@cooler250 Pilates is deceptively difficult because EVERY muscle is engaged during every movement with no breaks in between. So even after only a couple exercises your entire body is getting a balanced and deep workout. It's good stuff!

@redguitarredshirt Do it before to really warm-up your muscles - especially your core muscles which need to be at 100% for the best run possible :)
