Every fucking single time I slow mo/speed up a video the frames begins to glitch and go back and forth. If you why please reply. By the way, I've used several different formats, 60fps, 30fps, 29,97 fps... All that shit. Can't figure it out OMFG.

some are made using finalcut pro, though this is done in final cut express HD 3.5.1
