Yeah I believe he can pull this off with that rifle. This is not a dig taken at you, or any people I know on here, this is just for the guys who will roll in after my dime shot attempts, and say "You should have tried handloads, they are so much better."
I mean there are some people out there who make good handloads. But people got to think how long has Federal, and Winchester been doing this loading? I mean they may cut corners, but still their bullets are darn accurate.

XM193 is pure dog shit, no way anyone is hitting dimes with that ammo, I've fired 8000 rounds of it in many rifles, your federal is different than the XM193.
