  • Nice man, did you notice any difference with that throttle body spacer? i have heard a lot of mixed reviews, and i worked as a mechanic at a shop and have driven trucks with them and i havent noticed anything

  • @coolclassclown Honestly, I didnt notice anything at all... Maybe a lil better gas milage? but no noticable performance increase.

  • hey how do u like that holley intake? im planning on getting a k&n intake same stye as that one and was kinda wondering what people thought of it

  • @RIDEinAKallDAY Its mostly for looks. Won't feel any real difference in power. I defetly recomend the 14" over say a 10" or 12" tho. Looks way better.

  • @3R1CD4V15 ok cool do u think it efects the sound of the exhaust at all?

  • @RIDEinAKallDAY Uh, I doubt it. Might here a bit of a sucking sound (vvwwooosh) when hit gas, thats about it. I liked it for when I went mudding. If mud got on 1 side of the filter it could still suck air from other side.

  • Did the intake make a sound difference? Did the exhaust and intake make power change noticeable

  • @3R1CD4V15 yeah thats what i thought, and im a firm believer that if it really does do much performance wise and with fuel economy, they would have done something similar from the factory. i noticed in one of your earlier comments you said the ignition coil helped a lot, and i actually ordered the same one you have a few days ago so im stoked to see what happens

  • @quadsportman If there are two studs , just remove the 1 stud that is not in center of t.b. If neither of your studs are in center, then take both studs out and go to Lowes and buy a newer 1 that is a little longer, Then just mesure how far off from center the old stud was and make two bends in the new stud. (they bend pretty easy too)

I did this on a dodge ram before and worked with no problems. Hope I helped.

  • I have a 94 4.3 tbi and i have been looking for a air filter like that but mine has two studs coming out and there are no air filters i can find that have two holes they all have one hole for just the one stud does anyone know where i can find one to fit mine ? Thanks
