"contraction is somehow informal and therefore is incorrect or its just not right -------- here i did lose the class"

i hope u put the subtitles it would help us a lot..

    thanks

  • Hi Mr Ford.

Sus clases son muy buenas. Y entiendo en su mayoria casi todo.

    Muchas gracias. Saludos.

  • Man, you're exceptional

i can understand each word that you speak

Did you know that here in Brazil we need to use "That" almost in every sentence? For issue of our language requires, we are totally accustomed to it, is involuntary.

I imagine that you Americans should find it strange, is not it? The excessive use of "that".

I know that here is not the place to ask, but if you can answer.... thank you very much.

    See you

    bye

  • Well said! Bem lembrado!

  • Your explanation is very good and actually is very true if you want to speak fluently and probably be better understood you should use contractions therefore is also important to stress the fact that when you need to write formal letters you should not use contractions. and sometimes people tend to forget this.
