The video clips in Greyscale are the thoughts & memories of Mr. Darcy and herself, once she realised that she is actually in love with him.
The video clips in Sepia are the thoughts & memories of Lizzie and himself, whilst he is preparing to ask Lizzie to marry him for the second time.
So basically its meant to be the their thoughts & memories during the same time.
Some clips may be repeating this is due to the fact that they remember the same times and if you notice no clip will be repeated with the same colour affect on it.
