Most of it is attributed by housing and transport...
That means it is NOT goods and services that are the main concern here!
Housing prices are controlled by the govt as they allowed it to be that way. Do you know that their excuse for keeping prices high is so that current houseowners will not lose out. So newlyweds don't matter?

in 'the business times weekend edition of nov 7-8, 2009', this pm lhl said 'many opportunities for ( singapore-born ) grads who return home' can fulfil their dreams in singapore.,
in truth today many discovered they returned to a nightmare that their 'opportunities' were all usurped by his pap government in favour of foreigners some of whom stole away singaporeans' jobs with fake degrees, et.al .
many of these foreigners were even heavily subsidised for housing, tuition fees etc.

@bachak1 Correct, good sir. It is very sad that another PAP's bootlicker got voted in as president on saturday. It was a sad sad sunday, it was so cloudy. Perhaps it is an omen for what shitty times we have ahead of us.
