Worth visiting for shooping Gelateria Italia next to Barb's on Marine Drive, Take a break..relax. No long walks unless you wish to do the promenade from east to west along the beach and shoreline of the Pacific Ocean . The pier is inviting and so are the many restaurants and eateries
You want to fix up your eye brows..of course the seaside have a Spa or two; 'Out of the Blue' is one Spa, Pamper Me and Shibui on George Street up-town may be alternatives. Call in advance if you can. Google for phone numbers.

yum charlie dont surf and some of the best fish and chips to bad my grandfather is in the process of selling hi condo on marine drive i front of the dog park right before the promenade starts and moving over to ocean park :( he might move to the town but this area is amazing. fun crushing pennies on the tracks and skimboarding and driving up oxford street!
