Is not alive it's the nerves and mucles still alive. It's like if you get shot in the head you still move for like 2 seconds because your brain sends out instantly what to do right when you get shot

@AhItsArah I think the chefs prepare the food like this to freak out their customers. It almost looks like a practical joke to me. Imagine eating your sushi and then noticing that it's movin... ;P
