Eminent psychiatrist Professor Oedipus Punch - doyen of dementia, bain of the barmy - energetically applies his lifelong expertise to the cases of Aidan and Judy. But when the non-compliant Aidan questions the right of the Professor to invalidate his experience, and rails against the inhumane treatment meted out to himself and to the compliant Judy, the system begins to collapse. But will Nursey ever question 'Operational Policy'?

Throughout humanities history those who are today labelled 'schizophrenic' have cast light on the nature of reality, but the relative newcomer 'psychiatry' has rapidly become a weapon of conformity, whether they be those of Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union, or Consumerist societies.




Only Smarties have the Answer is part of a continuing campaign to reform the psychiatric system ... "that's the way to do it!"

I love your videos. I was involuntarily committed this summer and although not force fed medication, I was coerced because they told me I would not be released unless I took it.I have also been told that it is illegal to force someone to take medicaiton, but they get away with it. It was incarceration, but I committed no crime. I only spoke my mind. Yes, I experienced paranoia, but aren't I entitled to be paranoid sometimes? I am SO angry about what happened.

It would appear that I am the only commentator, so I'd better make it count. I deeply appreciate the portrayal of the "system" of "mental health" as I, who suffered a breakdown after the birth of my only daughter, have been on medication for nine years, with no cure, after 4 involuntary hospital lockdowns, and am now on disability. What you and others in the UK health system have been through puts my experience to shame. Bravo for speaking the absolute truth to whomsoever will listen!
