I made thiss last night but also added a (chopped) head of caulifower so I doubled the recipe. Warning! Go ahead and double everything except the salt! When I tried it this morning, it was way to salty. Plus, it really hasn't had time to "pickle" so there's not much vinegary taste. I've made kimchi before so I think a few more days in the fridge will produce the desire results. I'd reccomend adding garlic cloves, pepper flakes, pepper corns, or even some Sriracha hot sauce. But I like it spicy.
How long can the broccoli pickles can last in the fridge? I can't wait to try this recipe xD

Hey Maangchi ^^ I have a request. I'm pretty much addicted to anything pickled xD So I was wondering if you could do a Korean version of pickled onions? My favorite pickled veggie <3 Thanks ^^
