I like your thoughts and highly respect your experience. You did mention that Principals however needed more control over hiring and firing, yet you also mentioned that Teachers having control over what is taught in their classroom (after considerably more education than we currently go through) is crucial. Do you feel that these conflict often or have the potential to? Thanks for your thoughts.
