Great video. Very informative and insightful. Would have been particularly interesting to get your interviewee's insight on the downturn in the market and depreciation of home prices. Clearly it must be harder to turn a profit flipping a foreclosed home nowadays.

Good video. Left me questions. How do you find out which banks are having these sales. If you are not on a mailing list to get the brochures.....For me the easiest way is to use an online source. Any suggestons? BocasGal
