'Broken Shield'
After the loss of his best friend, Amelia Pond, the doctor has turned against everything the world has to offer, including his wife River Song. The anger and frustration has over powered him so much he has turned to the bottle. Secluded, in his own trail of thoughts, River is left to face the problems the universe is overcome with alone, though, that is nothing compared to what she has to face after, her once beloved husband, has let violence take over him.
