North Korea is a hell hole. It is the hell envisioned by George Orwell in his book 1984. Anyone who thinks there is prosperity or freedom in North Korea is a nutcase. Communism itself is a failed ideology because it tries to control basic human behavior and fails. Communism preaches equality but the only equality you have in Communism is being equally oppressed under the boot of tyrants and their lackies.

@impatientfire I dont argue with the Kim Jong Il bit, but why say "Fuck North Korea".. Maybe 0.1% of the population actually understands the truth, maybe 2% have it decent - the other 98% have no knowledge on anything but what they are told through the regime... To say "Fuck North Korea" is the same as saying "Let Hitler Kill The Jews" - Are you really that kind of person?

@d0gM3at No one has any idea what the "true nature" of "human behavior" is, as the "State of Nature" argument, or the argument that human beings act one way naturally without outside influence, is an impossible argument to make -- no one knows what human beings are like naturally without outside influence...

regardless, N Korea is a hellhole shit palace, and one thing is certain, no human should ever be able to commit these crimes against another, no government should either.

It breaks my heart to see this. Thankfully, because of how publiziced this video was, the chinese agreed to hand them over to South Korea for safety, but that's the only reason why they were saved, and there are many people and families in similar situations who are today sent back to North Korea, where they face slave labor and death.

Actually, before 2001, chinese government was not very strict in sending those people back. However, more and more korean went across the boundary line and caused very serious social problems ( Some North korean soldier even tried to rob a bank). It really made the chinese and the government angry. Now, you went to some villages close to North korea, you could find some specil equipments. Once some north korean robbed them, the military policeman will come in 5 minutes...

@scottweise18 everytime usa does that people bash them, call them a nazi country then we get into debt. We already tried to stop north korea but china threatens to attack, they dont want a american indourced coutry getting to close tothem, nomatter what.
