I gotta go with Angelina Jolie on this hands down. I mean she's an "accomplished" actress having stared in dozens of films from dramatic, comedic, action, and animated. I mean her filmography is pretty extensive, not to mention that she's a golden globe winner and someone who's been taken seriously an as actress.

As for Megan Fox, well all she's done is star in two shit fest films and is known for well, um, looking good in magazine spreads!
