I'd rather have individual sovereignty than national sovereignty....... during the US Revolution the question was raised, what is better: to have one tyrant governing from across the pond or 1,000 tyrants on our shores..... Federalism has given us the worst of each, so we are governed both by a tyrant far from our home (the Federal Government) and by tyrants much closer to our home (municipal governments).... get rid of one or the other OR BOTH....
