(By John Amato, http://crooksandliars.com ) Right-wing activists across the nation are enraged by Sen. Lindsey Grahams (R-SC) decision to work with Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) to craft comprehensive climate and clean energy legislation. In an op-ed published in Sundays New York Times, Graham and Kerry discussed their agreement on a framework for mandatory global warming pollution reductions linked to government support for the nuclear, coal, and natural gas industries. The Natural Resource Defense Councils Dan Lashof embraced the announcement as a game changer. Bill Scher noted that Graham has crossed the climate Rubicon, abandoning denialist conservative activists by recognizing the threat of global warming and working with Democrats.
@dietsnapple89 Ron Paul is a bigot and a totalitarian dirtbag! The only freedoms he offers is for the rich to do whatever they want, TO YOU!

Although I think Ron Paul is a real conservative and that he is actually one of the few sane right wingers in the congress, I'm sad to see these nuts be attracted to Ron Paul also. Lindsey Graham is brave to do townhalls like this, only to listen to nuts.

Sounds like the Private Sector can solve everything, just as long as there's a profit involved.
After all the private sector did a great job with the economy.

Sadly, Graham and the other slightly reality based Republicans brought this on themselves. They brought the crazies in so they could win elections and now they're paying for it.
