Kidney stone. A stone in the kidney. If the stone is large enough to block the tube (ureter) and stop the flow of urine from the kidney, it must be removed. Removal of stone can be done endoscopically by UreteroRenoScope or Cystoscope.
Renal colic, sharp, strong spasmodic pain in the lower back over the kidney area that may also be felt in the groin. Renal colic is most often caused by spasm of ureter due to obstruction by stone which sticks or passes through it

  • im looking for alternatives to surgery for 2 -1/2 inch urinary stones . What are the chances i can accomplish this on my own ? They seam so big to me .
