How on earth do you do the CQC Judo move where u lie on the enemy and choke him till he pass out

first you hold R1 to grap him by the neck, then you press X while holding R1 to kneel down while grabbing him. then, you let go of R1 & press R1 again while moving the L3 stick to the side (you have to do it right after you let go R1) and then hold R1 to choke him out...i had a hard time figuring it out too, but it explains it in the briefing too
