if you like your desktop PC, i guess if it isn't too costly to upgrade, then go for it.

otherwise, i think it's better to buy a new notebook computer or an iPad.

I'm still on a dell 8200, I got mine in late 2001. Still works fine, upgraded it along the way. Specs: Pentium 4 2.60ghz 1GB of RDRAM PC800 80GB WesternDigital 7200rpm 8mb buffer hd BFG nvidia geforce 6 6200 OC 256mb card Turtlebeach Riveria sound card 19" NEC crt 1024 X 768 at 100hz 32bit Lite-On DVD-ROM/CD-RW combo drive second NEC CD-RW drive Flobby drive DSL speed using a Ethernet card Yep it still runs, and I play some games online aswell :) :/
