A short and, in retrospect, crappy tutorial I made for a friend regarding the double leg xD
EDIT: What I'm trying to say in this video is that the double leg and the 360 crescent are VERY similar technique-wise. The thing is that I didn't emphasize enough, in the vid, is the idea of focusing on a target.
In this way, the double leg can be thought of more like a kick. Each time I do the standing double leg, I'm trying to focus on a target, much like I would if I did a 360 crescent. This helps keep your body more upright instead of leaned back, though it tends to happen a slight bit anyway due to how the legs become positioned in middle of the movement.

Your 360 is huge. Nice dleg from standing too, I'm surprised you didn't demonstrate one with a big takeoff haha.
