it works better if you lie on the bed and hang your head off the side with your nostrils pointed at the ceiling. Then you can fill your sinuses up & let it soak for a minute. it actually feels very good and this is a folk remedy that a lot of people use. In fact, it makes me want to do it! I'm going to clean my sinuses tomorrow.
