B-kun's Testing Lab: Kim Kaphwan by Seifer

Her's a test about this weird character. "Why weird?", you said. That's because this char plays nothing like Kim Kaphwan from any version of Fatal Fury or KOF, it's a custom version. But with a twist: made like he was a real person, just with punches and kicks. The main problem is this character has almost no pushback (when you stay away after you get a hit, guarded or not) and made a lot of damage. And only mashing A and B buttons (kicks).

It was released for 1.0 MUGEN, but if you deleted the 1.0's common1.cns in the char's folder and short the names, you can easily play with him in WinMUGEN, as I did. Not to mention he didn't make the char enterely by himself, he edited (or butchered, IMO) Mouser's Kim Kaphwan to make this character.
